Laughlin and Vegas

Our trip north started with a 2 week stopover at Laughlin, NV.  We stayed at the Don Laughlin’s Riverside RV Resort again.  While there we took in the Extreme Bullriding event which was fun.  We bought tickets online and when picking up our tickets we were told the seats we picked didn’t really exist!  It was a boo-boo the online people made.  So they offered us VIP seats which included a couple drinks each and food…plus the seats were right up front by the chutes  :o)  very nice.

Yee haw!

From Laughlin we traveled to Las Vegas and are currently at Sam’s Town RV park.  While here we’ve gone downtown for a comedy/magic show at the 4-Queens, wandered around a bit on the strip, visited Boulder Station and of course Sam’s Town.   Tonight we are going to the Cirque du Soleil show O.  Tomorrow it’s back on the road making our way north slowly…

Hi Sue! Yeah, I was expecting this one to be inside a dome...we've been to 2 and both were inside. However, this was outside in 100 degree weather! But it was fun

Their boo-boo, your win! Sounds like you guys are having a good time.
We're in Livingston, TX to become residents, then off to OR for some repairs.
Hugs to Cheye!

Hi! Yep, we definitely came out ahead on that boo boo!

Ah...Texas, lots of those plates in RV parks along with FL and SD. Seem to be the favorites for fulltimers.

Cheye says thanks for the hugs :o)

How come you didn't stay at TT Las Vegas?

Just a personal preference. We've stayed at TT Vegas in the past, Sam's Town has more elbow room plus we love the free shuttle. A dually extended cab pickup is a pain to park in Vegas!
