Happy Independence Day!

Lots of people, lots of barbeque, lots of games and water sports. It’s been a busy day in the park, but fun to see people out having fun. There was a huge group having a picnic over in the day park section, had to be a church group or something. We walked around the park a few times today and Cheye actually swam just a bit. I, of course, didn’t catch it on video but did capture her going in quite a ways for her.

We were supposed to go to our friends, Chad & Robin's house and watch fireworks tonight. They have a view of the fireworks display from the Dust Devils Stadium in Pasco. About 2:00 or 3:00 Dave suddenly said; we have a problem, they lock the (Hood) park gate at 10:00. That is when the display starts…10:00. :( Disappointed!

Hope you all have/had a great 4th of July! Ours was nice, peaceful and thankfully cooler. Independence Day….isn’t it wonderful to have the independence we have, it really is a gift and blessing. Happy 232nd Birthday to the United States of America.
