A Pleasant Day in Chehalis, WA

Today was kind of a chore day - laundry, catching up the checkbook, vacuuming, dusting, and giving Cheye a fur-cut. Yep, we decided to give it a try. We didn’t take off nearly as much fur as the groomer did back in May but it turned out okay. We noticed we missed a few spots but not bad for a couple of rookies. :)

I wanted to show you our neighbors 2 vehicles...talk about totally opposites. One is a Freightliner to haul, the other a Smartcar to travel around in. They actually have ramps to drive the Smartcar up on the truck between the truck’s cab and the fifth wheel trailer they tow. Amazing!

Such a pretty day today. In the low 70’s, tomorrow is supposed to get up in the 80’s. It will be very pleasant parked back in the trees like we are. We were sitting outside enjoying the afternoon when a deer came trotting down the road. So pretty. We also took a long walk around the park after dinner and now we are watching a little pre-season football. It’s been another nice day.
